King & Country - Little Drummer Boy

King & Country, an Australian Christian pop duo composed of brothers Joel and Luke Smallbone, has gained significant popularity, especially in the realm of contemporary Christian music. Their rendition of the classic Christmas carol "Little Drummer Boy" has been particularly well-received.

The song "Little Drummer Boy" itself originates from 1941 and was composed by Katherine Kennicott Davis. It tells the story of a young boy who, unable to afford a gift for the newborn Jesus, plays his drum as an offering, playing his best for Him, with Mary's approval. The chorus reflects the boy's playing: "pa rum pum pum pum."
